At Dan Henry Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your vintage-inspired timepiece. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch, including all original boxes, manuals, and accessories, into a secure shipping carton to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our designated inspection center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team verifies the watch is in its original, unworn condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
